I think the quoted numbers are 3M/384K and I'd say I'm within 80% both ways. It's been a few months now, but I remember doing a speed check on dslreports and it was close to the claimed values.

Hi I have been very happy with SBC DSL for over 3 years now here on Sibley ST. I am getting steady speeds of 2500 kbps down and 400 kbps up. I would hope you can get this service around Sutter ST.
