I couldn't care less about Nordstrom Rack, but I'm happy for the people who do care - which is pretty much my attitude towards the vast majority of establishments at Palladio.  I'm not the right "demographic" for malls.  Besides the occasional movie with my wife, all I really do there is stroll around, which is nice.  I don't shop.

I am definitely not a shopper, though I do like Kirkland and Kwirkworld. The only stores I can spend any significant time in would be record stores, food shops, and occasionally, stuff for the house.

Clothing shopping? Can't do it.

When Nordstrom called the Rack division something like 'the ultimate treasure hunt', I'm sure that appealed to lots of folks, but to not for me. So, like you, I'm happy for those who are happy, and for those who will get jobs there, but I'm probably not their target.

The 33,000 square foot store is scheduled to open in spring of 2016.

It takes 15 months to strip out that store and put a bunch of racks with clothes and shoes in?

I think they may be destroying the present building and building a completely new building. Not sure...

I think Toby Keith's was only 12,000 square feet.

Lease agreements, drawings and engineering, city permitting, probably takes 6-8 of those months. Tenant Improvement is probably 5-6 months.
