Yes, she may be back. She's been a member for many years and has been a good contributor, but over the past year or so things have changed. Sometimes it's good to take a break.

She's ... been a good contributor.
Not really. Her posts have been confusing, snarky and very confrontational for a long time. The ordeal with the local coach on the Sea Otters swim team stands out as roughly the time I started skipping most of her posts. That was 3 years ago and after a long time of thinking WTF before I reached that point.
Anyway, I've been here for 10 years and this site has always been cyclical where we get a bunch of confrontational people, the forum gets depressing to visit and those people dominate the posts because everyone else stays away, then we do a purge and go through a calm period before starting the cycle again. Maybe she'll start her own competing "no rules and no censorship" site.
