We stopped in last week and were very impressed.  Bought 3 filets and 2 huge porterhouse steaks.  Adam educated us on the difference between a porterhouse and a T-bone.  The porterhouse has the NY strip and the full filet - the T-bone has a partial filet.  Steaks weren't cheap but not outrageously expensive.  We will definitely be back frequently.  Want to try the sausage and the really good looking various marinated chicken breasts.  We buy a lot of our meat at Costco - but this place is great for a different cut or if you don't need to buy a four-pack of something all the same.  Glad to have them in town.

The ground buffalo makes great burgers.  Very lean so be careful not to overcook.

Add in some ground beef with the buffalo to get the fat content up for burgers. Otherwise a little too dry. I do this with ground elk meat.

Thanks for the tip.  I haven't tried elk yet.

I really like this new shop.  Clean and good quality for the price.
