Funny.   so you're Mr. Perfect.  Congratulations.  I bet you've never told a lie either.  right?   :)

And you and Trails would accuse me of going off on tangents and diversions....?   I won't play your silly game, the game that the left plays over and over again. Accusing the opposition of the same things that they do but that they do only so much better....!   And calling me a hypocrite over and over again does not make it true, another left wing tactic, say it enough times and you can make it true....!  Not anymore.  As in the failing and flailing MSM, you can't stand the fact that you don't control the message anymore.   Trump and Twitter are just blowing by you guys in the message to the people....   You are bypassed now.   You can't control the message.  Oh, and the left owns hypocrisy and lies right now and have doubled down on their fake news and are moving even further to the left.   Good luck with that come next election.

Oh, and as a journalist what's with the ever so often starting a sentence in lower case....?   I know my writing style is a  little quirky and imperfect but my God man, start your sentences in upper case....!   Do it for the children...!

Hey - calm down.  If you don't think you're a hypocrite, that's fine.  I respect that. You can believe anything you want, especially about yourself. but in my life experiences, just about everyone I've ever met is hypocritical about something.  I'm not sure you're an exception.

And starting sentences with lower case, there's  good reason.  I have a VERY old Logitech keyboard.  It's my favorite because the key-touch is just right.  there have been a zillion articles written on this keyboard and the Shift keys are completely worn out.  So if you find it an irritation, sorry!   I ain't gettin' rid of my keyboard.   Besides, Word fixes all that stuff when I write.  The word processing capabilities of this forum don't seem quite that sophisticated however.

Oh, I can relate to that....!   Something you like that's old and still sorta works, but yet is imperfect, feels right though to you, in an perfect sort of way, but fits you like a glove. Thanks for explaining that, I shall not bother you about that again....    Carry on....!   And I know my  ".........."   after sentences has bothered people in the past.....   Seems cool to me but not so cool to others....?  You, your Logitech keyboard, kinda like Hemingway or Hunter S. Thompson pecking at their favorite Smith Corona, Royal, or Underwood with a letter or two that does not work just right.....?   I remember hating typewriters back in my college days until I got one that one that had that "white out" option on that ball thingy.....?  I think it was a Smith Corona "auto correct"....  Had to plug that beast in.......    Chris

Back to the topic.  Notice how the entire operation has clammed up regarding the wiretap operation?  AG recuses himself, the prez doesn't respond to questions?  Most likely there is something damning, or at least extremely embarrassing behind it all.  Spin-masters are probably in the back room trying to gin up some convoluted explanation.  Or everyone is hoping if they shut up long enough, the public will get distracted by the next faux-crisis and forget about the latest one.  this tactic seems to be their most successful of late.  To wit - everyone has forgotten about his pledge to grow the military, initiate massive  infrastructure spending, leave entitlements untouched, and engineer huge tax cuts, all while presuming to have no effect on deficit and debt - a grand plan that echos grand plans of past presidents and that have never come to fruition.  And amazingly, the public is all worked up about what???  Which public bathroom certain people have to use.  I'm starting to think America is an amateur show from top to bottom.

Could be the "white rabbit"....?   Trump has used this on the MSM to great effect during his campaign and maybe even now.....   He releases something silly, out there, unexpected and then the press chases it around for two weeks in a tizzy and focused on only the "white rabbit".   In the meantime Trump does something else, focuses on something else while he has you all chasing the cute white rabbit on the lawn.   A few weeks later he dismisses the white rabbit or slightly apologizes for it and releases another white rabbit sometime later when it is to his advantage.  Cycle continues...   I think the MSM is being played, and played well.   Chris

Couldn't agree more.

There are troubling things going on that should be reported, but are not.

On Vice News last night, there was a scary report about the collapse of permafrost in northern latitudes.  It's just beginning.  It showed areas in northern Russia where large areas are starting to subside.  Not encouraging.

"Troubling" "scary" "not encouraging". Are there any more adjectives or hyperbole you'd like to add? Come on, we know you can do it !!

You people who sit around all day and ponder the Apocalypse crack me up.

Love the Vice channel....!  I am not like these people and am amazed at the way they think and do things.....   Drugs are just not my thing, unless it is beer, Gin, or Merlot..  Rarely, and in moderation of course,  oh, and aspirin, and caffeine...  Caffeine daily, in the morning and at 7 pm or so with my cup of tea........

And permafrost, don't worry my friend.  You are coming out of a mini ice age, sort of in between time.....  You are actually in a warming period, short for sure, a few thousands to tens of thousands of years, and these things happen.....   Sea ice and ice at the poles may actually go away.  Has done so before and will do so again, whether Man exists on the planet or not.   Always has, always will, until the Sun eats up the Earth.   If you know geologic history, the past, ancient times, back hundreds of thousands of years ago, multi millions of years ago, you would know that you have nothing to worry about.  Ice at the poles is actually a rare thing during warming periods.   Oh, and Mars does the same thing......    More ice, less ice.....   CO2 ice I think though........?   Other planets too....    Chris

Oh, and from the NYT before they went all in on "climate change", man made of course..........

Could not agree more myself.  There are many things the MSM has not reported on, declined to do so, ignored.....   Bill and Hillary Clinton, Juanita Broaddrick, the Clinton Foundation, why Joe Biden did not run for Potus, Benghazi, the CRA, the DOJ not prosecuting Hillary but prosecuting anyone else who did one one hundredth of what she did....!   Yes, please MSM, report to us what should be reported.....!   On both sides, not just on the conservatives...!   Chris

Sorry, but I don't agree that everything is fine and dandy.

coming out of an ice age should take a few 10,000's of years, not 100 years.  This climate change stuff will result in some substantial financial consequences.  My research on the future of the ski industry shows some fairly dire results over the next 40 years.  Somewhere between 20% and 40% of North American ski areas will be out of business.  Call it 30% to be fair.  The Colorado ski industry supports about 46,000 full-year equivalent jobs and generates about $4.8B of annual economic activity.  Over the next 40 years, that revenue will decline by $1.4B and 15,000 jobs are gone, and not to China, just gone.  So everything isn't just fine and dandy.  Keep in mind the same will probably happen to the Tahoe ski economy ($564M annual activity).

Maybe the Climate Change Gods didn't get Trump's memo about creating more jobs.

I'm starting to think that WhoDoYouDoubt has valid points about doom & gloom. After all, just look at the climate predictions in the illustration below. THEY all came true, right? Oh, wait...

Good one, thanks.

EVERYTHING the tRump administration does is for money, totally disregarding the welfare of the planet.

Dump industrial waste into rivers? Fine, it makes a profit for the energy industry.

Trash ObamaCare? Sure, it'll make the healthcare industry execs billions.

Bend over and let Putin have his way with you? Sure, 'cause tRump has business interests in Russia.

Go figure!

Question: When do you know that President Trump is doing great things for America?

Answer: When the FAT, TARDs, the media, and other America-hating undesirables go into *ApePoo mode* and start screaming like stuck pigs, predicting all kinds of childish nonsense and apocalyptic outcomes. But it IS entertaining to watch them get all riled-up over nothing. Don't they have anything better to do, or is this the typical Democrat/Hillary voter?

Hey Donald, I nailed that one, didn't I ??

Please note how the wiretap fiasco has disappeared from the news.  this diversion worked for a bit while the GOP sprung its TrumpCare plan on everyone.  An early look indicates that a fairly large number of people will lose their insurance under the new plan.  But universal healthcare has never been part of the GOP agenda.  Just wondering how many Trump voters will lose their coverage.

And how's that wall doing?  Any progress?
