Oh, this is a good laugh.  :joker:

The current GOP plan is to simply state that ObamaCare is "repealed" and then give themselves 2 years to replace it.
Then they can declare "victory."

You can't make this stuff up, folks!  Ha, ha!  :laughcry:

It's like saying "Hey, I'm giving you a million dollars. Now you're a millionaire! Congratulations."
"Of course I will hold the money for you, and you cannot withdraw anything,

           but, hey! You're rich!"

And people believe it!  Institutionalized Self-Delusion!                   :loco:
Good job of word-smithing, but guess what? ObamaCare lives!

Poll: Half of people in U.S. prefer Obamacare over GOP health care proposals

http://www.cbsnews.c...care-proposals/

The poll found 50 percent of people say they prefer Obamacare compared to 24 percent who prefer the GOP proposals introduced in Congress.

Yawn. FAKE NEWS!! Just a small, brief bump in the road. No biggee.

‘We were let down by all of the Democrats and a few Republicans,’ the president tweeted. ‘Most Republicans were loyal, terrific & worked really hard. We will return!’

Trump has said during both his campaign and his presidency that the national medical insurance scheme left in place by ObamaCare will eventually topple on its own as costs spiral and insurers pull out of marketplaces.

‘As I have always said, let ObamaCare fail and then come together and do a great healthcare plan. Stay tuned!’ Trump tweeted. :beverage:

Yeah, that's Turnip's "Plan"   - Amazing!  :summerteeth:

That scenario would put about 60 million people OUT of the insurance ranks.
Those people then would either die from an illness or use public Emergency Rooms for their primary health care.
The ER visits cost about TEN TIMES the amount for the same care through a regular doctor visit with health insurance.

Let's do the math. 60 million @ $200 for an office visit =$12 billion

             versus      60 million @ $2,000 for an ER visit.= $120,billion

That's a loss of $108 billion, assuming just one ER visit a year.

That's your "businessman?"

That's the "Art of the Deal?"
Good for a laugh!         :CRAZYLOCO:        :newyear:         :haha: :joker:

The GOP controls the House, the Senate, and the White House.
Why can't they come up with a plan?
Fact is - MOST AMERICANS prefer ObamaCare over the GOP plan.

Even many GOP Senators feel that way.
This administration is an abject failure.          :mrpickle:

Good. ObamaCare has Democrat fingerprints all over it. Let Democrats get hurt and let them reflect on how they vote.

Most Americans have absolutely no clue about either plan.  Only about 8% of covered citizens used the exchanges. The rest were thrown onto medicare rolls. And to say many GOP Senators feel the same is disingenuous at best. They would either; A) See Obamacare die under it's own weight, B) Do a total repeal (not Ocare light), or C) have no balls and a lot of constituents that are on medicare. The LAST administration was an abject failure. This one, we will have to wait and see.

The reps are gonna get creamed in 2018 due to their Obamacare lack of repeal.  Not that the dems are any more popular, but the rep base has been turning out to get the majority only to be utterly slapped in the face by spineless, lying P.O.S. reps.   I think Ben Shapiro (who is pretty great at getting the conservative message out) summed it up perfectly with this tweet:

Check out the comments after. Reps just screwed the pooch in a massive way.

Fine, then let ObamaCare stand. Let it implode and hurt people, and let Dems get the blame politically. Sounds good to me! Why is it the GOP's job to fix it anyway? We didn't create the mess.
