There are plenty of people that don't want the maintenance of a large house/yard, but do want a nice condo/townhouse with a garage. It may sound odd, but there will be a market for these condos.

Surely they will sell -eventually- for many of us it is the price that seems over the top , when you consider the Enclave was selling at not too much more for seperated houses with at least some yards in front and back. Also one can still get homes in Woodbridge and even in the Bungalows for under and near $400K
Also - consider the recent conversion of the Lakeside Apt unit to condos- they are starting at a mear mid $200K
Of course if you have read the news on the Towers to be built in Sac- ( the high rise condos) they sold out the first phase with prospective buyers ( refundable deposits at this stage of $10K) for units of $600K each...
So anything is possible .......
