This is a very interesting topic. I work for Intel and we have a transvestite that works here as well. He is a Asian male that dresses like a woman. The funny part is, it is very obvious cause he can hardly walk in heals, but he insists on wearing dresses and heals every day. I did talk to someone about it because he was coming into the women's bathroom and it made me a little uncomfortable. Apparently there had been several complaints and it was determined that he had to use the mens restroom until he went through the entire process of becoming a woman. I think it should be that way everywhere, although it would be hard to enforce.
