Really?!.....Did only parts of Folsom get snow? In spite of an hour of rain, we still have snow on the ground in ER.

We took pictures, but I don't know how to post them. (Technological incompetence here!) I'll have to have my husband help me later.

That's not fair forum reader - I've been teasing my kids with the prospect of snow for days now! We're just around the corner in Lexington Hlls and there's not a drop of snow on the ground! angry.gif

There is snow on the ground in El Dorado Hills. The hills above ER are covered!

I sent some photos to John. Empire Ranch got a bit of snow -- too bad we didn't get any in Lexington Hills. We also went to Cameron Park -- Bass Lake Road. It looks like it snowed about 2.5 inches there. We got a shot of Empire Ranch from Bass Lake Road as well. Had a little snowball fight, too. smile.gif

We had some hail here in Folsom about 3:55 PM. It was just enough to see and feel it.
A VETERAN Whether active duty, retired, national guard or reserve - is someone who, at one point in their life, wrote a blank check made payable to "The United States of America" for an amount "up to and including their life". That is HONOR, and there are way too many people in this country who no longer understand it. -Author unknown-

The ground was actually covered up in ER around 5 AM! Quite amazing to see... the snow flakes were the size of half dollars. It was coming down rather heavy for a time. Too bad it didn't last much beyond sunrise.

For those of you who slept in... you missed it.

We went up to church in Cameron Park this morning- what a treat!! Snow everywhere. It was really something to go from Folsom up there and once we got over the El Dorado Hills Hill, everything was just white everywhere. Our son had fun eating the snow- wish we'd gotten more in Folsom. smile.gif

I wish I saw the snow in ER. I guess we slept in too late. Those pics are very cool!

Truly the early bird got the worm on Saturday. I didn't see one flake of snow by the time I awoke. cuss3.gif

Here are some pictures from my bedroom window. I was up doing work all night and started noticing the rain floating down around 4:30 am. By 6:30 am, it was light enough to take pics of the hills towards EDH from my house in the Parkway.
