My place is 8 y/o and I have the edge tiles that look like they are about to fall off too, not to mention a few cracked ones I sealed, so I called Elliott Homes, 2 guys came out the next day, looked at them and said that it's normal wear and tear from weather and that it's the owners responsibility to maintain them and gave me tips on how to do it myself.

Did Elliot require a $250 deposit (ahem, fee) for those guys to come out and take a look? A few mo's ago, I called the service department and they said I would have to make the deposit. If the problem was their fault, they'd tear up the check. If it wasn't, they'd pocket it. I decided to not take up the offer.
