Yep, love that you have your opinion as is your right....! Yep, no Confederate flags in my house, just the good old stars and bars... A few 48 stars ones, a 50 star one that was flown over a base in Iraq in honor of my dear brother in law.......... But if my great grand dad fought for the South I just might have a confederate one...! Yep, not a crime to own one, or be proud of your roots and your heritage.... Anyway, the Smithsonian has many Confederate battle flags in the back room.... Should we burn them, shred them, toss them into the dumpster....? Nope, but sadly many on the left would do so.... Of course they don't show them, politically incorrect as they are now a days....... The Confederate flag, the so many variations there of, are actually American flags, tells our history, our heritage, the good and the bad. Not cool to "cleanse" our American history in the name of political correctness, progressiveness, liberalism, not at all....! Actually, for me, this is my Civil War Battle Flag.... The Irish Brigades, Union of course............ Now these were soldiers...! The fighting Irish....! I have several books on the subject of which I have read.......
