Do you think that Toby Keith will be at the opening of Toby Keiths's Bar and Grill?

I want to get in there on opening day, if he is.

I do not have an update on those retailers besides the fact they are not signed on at the moment. The economy is still showing signs of weakness and retailers are cutting their expansion plans again.

Gap just announced plans to close nearly 200 locations in the U.S. and Lowe's just announced plans to close 20 stores.

Also, the Galleria has left more space open for retailers in the recently re-opened wing due to some "weeding out" of some weaker stores, bankruptcies, stores downsizing, larger square feet of buildable space due to shortening the open space between the 2 levels, and some stores that have relocated. I'm told there's some big announcements coming for next year. This will definitely have an impact on Palladio, again.

Panera-Jan 19th

It looks like Panera is ready to open NOW. The lights are on & the workers are very busy.

That's still the most recent date I have. They hire around 75 workers to start off with due to high turnover initially, so training takes a while.

What about Toby Keith's place?
