Aces: Dems will always feel taunted by anything Trump says.... but I've read that this idea of who decides when we reopen for business IS the state's to decide.

That said: It was also the state's responsibility to decide when they shut down and forced everyone to stay home.

THINK ABOUT THAT!! All the usual whiners from the left like VINNY are blaming the president for some perceived lack of action....when ALL ALONG it's been the state's responsibility to act!

If there's any blame for not shutting down fast enough, it resides with each governor. Trump shut down the country from China more than a month before CA started.
