How would you know from the available clues to pick IN? And there's five of them, I should know cause I've had two, but calling numbers long distance when it's past midnight EST doesn't seem like a good plan so screw it, I'm going to bed

OK. I have been stuck on 2d for 3 days now!!!!! For the life of me, I can't figure out what this one is. I've gone back through everything, and am stumped.
Can someone PLEASE give me a hint?????

There's something hidden in level 0. Look for the hidden word.

Hung up on 3H, found all the hints but still can't figure out how to decode.
