bad news.... I called them and they are no longer serving moose burgers

missed it, dang....

Holy cow, er, moose, that ended quick. They were just on the news promoting them last week. Did they happen to say why they were closed yesterday?

Which is better, Folsom Bistro or Balcony Bistro? Gotta choose one for Friday lunch

lunch with a buddy or your wife?

if its with your wife she'll like Balcony Bistro better, the ambiance is nicer and more romantic- by comparison.

I didn't ask them about that - but the gal did giggle when I mentioned the moose burgers, she said it was just a short promotion they had going, I think she was surprised to get a call about it

dang with this and Chad asking that question, now I have Balcony Bistro on the brain.... gotta go there soon...

I called. They said they are closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. They need to update their Web site, because that's not what it says.

Didn't the short lived "Murder Burger" at the old Folsom Hotel used to serve Moose burgers? I seem to remember seeing them there. Unfortunately the resturant didn't last long.

I had a burger there a few years ago, haven't been back since, I wonder if they're serving lunch there under the new ownership?

your French translator is broken, that's not what she said

to Naga, what happened to people being entitled to their opinions as you always say?

Just because you like to promote Folsom Bistro does not make you any more knowledgeable about food then the next person. (oopsie, I took French in High School too)

and besides, the best bistro in town is Bidwell Street Bistro

Merci beaucoup
