One of the things I remember about dating in my teens and twenties is that the young women who grew up in overly religious households were usually the wild dates.

That's not fun Steve. Here I was thinking you were expanding your horizons and now you go and become conservative and stuff. I was looking forward to partying with you at the get together. Shucks.

There are 7,570,000 pages on Google that refer to Dildo's.

There are 12,100,000 pages on Google for lingerie.

There are 7,620,000 pages on Google for erotica.

There are 206,000,000 pages on Google for sex.

I guess Google will have a better selection than some small town store.

I'll keep to the internet than a local shop. It'll keep my neighborhood a little bit cleaner.

I heard that the City Hall at 6:30 on Tuesday (6/30/04) during the City meeting they will be sharing their business plan and identifying all of what the store will be carrying.  Please attend

Huh? What meeting? City Council? Planning? Historic? and what date? June 30 is past.

Someone seem to have a little too much experience with blunt wraps and their content!

I've finally come up to speed on all the posts for "the" shop. I did come across several references to a Liquor store which is directly across the street from the DMV and less then 100 years from the High School (of which teen-agers where visiting during lunch for snacks and such as I decided to use my lunch to go check it out). Turns out that directly to your right when walking into the store, there is a rack of PORNO mags in easy sight from the snacks/candy with no cover to shield young eyes - even better! There is another rack of PORNO VIDEOS in easy reach for a group of youngsters to grab while someone distracts the "SINGLE" store keeper. Go figure! This Folsom Business is only approx 3-400 yards from Historic Sutter Street. Hummmmmm.......... When did all of you attack this merchant - cannot find any record of white caped people storming his business in the past several years?

Another item that many of our peer who by the way are intellectual/logical thinkers - from what I've gathered there is to be a new restaurant/Bar (Micro Brew) called the Prison or something where the individual (the media states is Dan) is placing the micro-brew in/or Jerry's property directly across from the end point to the future site of the turn style for the regional transit. VERY interesting when this all gets into perspective - serious political power play? When are elections anyway? 2 weeks? A lot of $'s put into the street of Folsom to line who's pockets? Funny this has not yet hit the news.

One thing has been bothering me with the media coverage last week - I still cannot understand how someone can point out an indivual from a block away (in this case a woman, but who really is certain these days?) and accurately identify his/her career? The statement in question: "there was a hooker a block away, and a person smoking a joint near by" when I visited the establishment in Portland. Doesn't take a genius to poke holes in this. Or is this individual stating that all women that dress certain ways are of a certain walk of life? Hum......

Inquiring minds want to know the ENTIRE story!

It's not that we're conservative, it's that each fears what the other would do if one of us was tied up!

By the way, I went to Catholic school, married a Catholic school girl, have 3 sisters who were Catholic school girls and dated a couple of Catholic school girls.

Some were wild, some were prudes. I won't tell you which one I married.

Fear! Dude, you're outta control!

Why not start with come handcuffs and then you can graduate to rope. Take small steps. Breathe. Easy there Steve.

Absolutely I can say that.

Additionally, if a full blown adult store (no pun intended) opened on Sutter Street, I would visit the neighboring businesses and tell them that my family and I would no longer patronize their businesses with a store like that nearby. I can reasonable expect that they would put pressure on the landlord.

If enough people agreed with me, the store would leave. It's that simple. Money talks.

There are 206,000,000  pages on Google for sex.

Out of 4,285,199,774 pages searched, that's pretty amazing.

Side note, 4,285,199,774 is just shy of 2^32=4,294,967,296. I guess Google needs to go 64-bit soon:)
