And yet Twitter, Facebook, Reddit, and other social media COMPANIES can refuse to provide service to posts by those they deem "offensive." Can't wait for that to go to court now...

Joe, I am sure my last three pics above would be deemed "offensive" to them all....! Racist, intollerant, abusive, non-inclusive, homophobic, etc... The works... Liberal icons Rosie, Al Franken, and God forbid, say anything bad about islam or even draw a cartoon character....... Which gets you killed very often by those who follow the religion of peace. Chris

Website, Apps, and hosting service companies are considered corporate entities. Their websites and computer infrastructure (memories, servers, cloud storage, processing hardware, etc) are considered part of their private property. Bill of Rights protections do not extend onto any corporate private property. These companies can impose any Terms of Service they wish, including restrictions to things they might find offensive, even if you think it's discriminatory. People can sue all they want. Again, the Bill of Rights does not extend onto private property.
