It's so boring that Trump, and anyone who posts 8  rants in a row, is dead to me.

It would take all of 5 minutes of dialogue to overwhelm someone with these opinions with facts and logic that would destroy their positions.

Try and get even one minute of dialogue with them. They're either oblivious, uneducated or simply just angry at the world and want you to know.

Well, if in fact it's a dialog, I think you would quickly see the logic behind views from the left.

 

Examples:

1. No one believes the Democrats want to "abandon capitalism."

That's simply a false flag rallying cry to raise alarm bells.

At the same time, we do NOT live under strict capitalism.

Progressives simply want to take some of the profit-making motivation

out of the formula, so Big Pharma doesn't gouge people who are dying.
Pure capitalism gives you folks like that Shrekie fellow who raised

the cost of Epi-pens by $600.  (now in jail)

 

2, Likewise, Democrats never advocated "open borders."

That's a right-wing scare tactic, like Sharia Law coming to the USA.

 

3. The Green New Deal is simply a more extreme example of infrastructure funding.

Even Trump promised to stimulate the economy with infrastructure projects.
Like most promises, nothing happened.

The Left idea is to spend on bridges, roads, etc. and create decent-paying jobs.
I thought surely that would be something we could agree on.

3) You basically are saying that the Green Deal is pure fantasy. Yet at least 7 of the current D candidates have said they're in favor of it. To ignore this obvious support is absolute ignorance.

As I stated, we ALREADY live under "some form of socialism." Look at the military, the educational system, the parks system.

Meanwhile, the inordinate fear of those words come from the corruption of the ideal perpetrated by the likes of

the Russians and Chinese. The brand of socialism found in Sweden and Denmark are perfectly democratic, and

very popular with the citizens of those nations.

That does not equate to open borders, and you know it.
The government would still retain the right to screen and process anyone wishing to enter the US.

No, I'm saying the program would be based on the very successful model employed by FDR

that helped launch the US into world leadership. It would open thousands of good paying jobs,

Tearing down the existing border fences IS the definition of open borders.

The New Deal was necessary to help the country out of it's worst economic depression with unemployment rates above 30%. We currently have more job openings than people to fill them. Why on Earth would you think employment is the selling point of the green deal? That entire statement was pure ignorance.

There are WAY more fascist liberals than conservatives. Just look at the news lately with attacks on MAGA hat wearers alone.
