Just got a message on my phone from the Folsom BizPac endorsing the incumbents for tomorrow.  Ugh if I hadn't already decided that would have sealed the deal!  Buh Bye CARRIE, Steve and Andy!

CW: I copied and pasted Roberts message to my FB. Thanks for editing it down.  Robert! Miss you buddy! Good to see you back.  I am praying we will all be celebrating tomorrow night!!!!

What a condescending fool. You can almost smell the cigarette smoke wafting from the podium. The parents of the soccer players don't park on her street past 2 am or urinate and puke in her yard. Also, it's only on Saturdays for a few months. She lives on Bunker Ct. The gentleman she was so rude to should get his neighbors together and park on her street replicating the nonsense they have to deal with. Her demeanor is infuriating.

Her attitude infuriates me too. She acts like she's the queen and nobody can question her and her court.

Got my mail on Monday and not totally surprised to see  5 campaign flyers (2 different versions) from  BizPac Folsom Chamber of Commerce supporting the 3 incumbents. What horror!!  I'm sure most everyone else got them as well. Full color booklet style with picture of all three grinning from ear to ear.   Calling them Folsom Champions and Folsom Skill Set.   What absolute  garbage and yes it went right into the garbage can. What a waste of good paper and ink.

Good luck to Chad, Roger, Sandra and Jennifer ....may one two or three of you get elected.

My wife and I voted around 7:45 AM this morning and then went out for breakfast.

We always go out and spread the wealth after voting..

Everyone get out and do your CIVIC duty.  VOTE...

A VETERAN Whether active duty, retired, national guard or reserve - is someone who, at one point in their life, wrote a blank check made payable to "The United States of America" for an amount "up to and including their life". That is HONOR, and there are way too many people in this country who no longer understand it. -Author unknown-

Ditto.

Did my duty. Voted at Oak Chan about 10:45 am. There were very few people there. I hope the before-work and after-work hours are busier.

I was the only one there and one person walked in after me.  A lot of people probably vote by mail.

It will be nice not have to hear or see the back-to-back barrage of radio & TV advertisements, campaign phone calls, mailers, political signs when everything is over.

That's my favorite thing about any election day.  I do a good job avoiding exposure to all the advertising, but it's nice to be able to wave a magic wand and command them to all "be gone" on Tuesday night.

This election season is the first time I've had a DVR, so I have been trying to record or delay everything so I can fast forward through all the ads.  I'll be looking forward to them being all gone, and now replaced by a plethora of Christmas commercials, making it seem like Thanksgiving was totally non-existent.

I am proud to say that I am 42 years old and I have voted in every election I have been eligible to vote in since I was 18 years old. I believe wholeheartedly that we are blessed to live in a country where every vote counts and we are able to let our voices be heard at the ballot box. No matter what your affiliation, no matter what your choices, GO VOTE!!!

You're right about that.

And the DVR is sweet.
