It's like the old joke... A tourist is in India and asks where they can find the best Indian food, and the answer is, "England".

It's true! You can't throw a rock in London without it landing in a curry.

While I & my family will go to Rincon, Taqueria, and some of the others mentioned, I wouldn't take my employees for a luncheon there.
I probably should have mentioned its dinner... and its later like 8pm since it has to be closer to when we are closing...I thought Qbole was like a chipolte type? more fast food like.. im def NOT looking for a fast food type... i want like a Applebees, chilies but mexican food!

Maybe thats just me.
Hey i would LOVE to take them all out to Scotts or Tahoe Joes, but I really cant afford a 300+ food bill! I was planning on paying out 10-15 dollars each person then if they wanted to pay more they could, if not then its my gift to them! just in case you were wondering

Just curious, but why do you have to have Mexican food? There a so few "nice" Mexican places. I second the suggestion for Sol Azteca, mostly because it's sit-down. I don't love it as much as most, though. I think Hacienda's food is pretty disgusting. I think Q'Bole is pretty expensive, and not that good. I think Mexquite is about the same a Q'bole.

Why not Chili's? They have excellent Fajita's! The best I've had anywhere! Their Chicken Nacho's are very good too. And I really love their chips! I've got the extra pounds on my sides to prove it.....
The only problem with your question is the price thing. It seems that every Mexican restaurant in Folsom, thinks they must charge more, because we are all rich here, in case you haven't heard.
The second problem is with the "good" part. All the good Mexican restaurants I've gone to are holes in the wall.
Good luck with your choice, though. It's a tough call.

ah ok for a nice sit down mexican dinner you might wanna consider Hacienda or La Fiesta as the best bets for good quality, good ambiance without breaking the bank account.

The dad was back in the kitchen, so I didn't meet him, but Suzanna and their daughter, Little Suzy, were very sweet.
Traditional, home-style Mexican grub. I had to get an extra side of beans. They were fairly close to the my wife's grandma used to make. No one can match Nani Carmella, but these were close enough for seconds.
