You play the victim well.
Have a nice day.

You squeeze in the last word well.

The Fajitas with a 22-ounce, ice cold tall glass of draft beer at one of those round tables in the bar area that I reserve watching a game on TV. Does it get any better than that?? Doubt it..... cheers.gif
I have opinions, you have opinions. We'll just call it even...is that OK ??

These and a 6pack in the high school parking lot would be a reasonable comparison to dining at Chili's

I'm sure Chili's provides jobs for many people who might not otherwise find work, so it does have a purpose. And people seem to love the suburban corporate mall food (Applebee's, Chili's, Ruby Tuesdays, Macaroni Grill, etc. etc.). It's like Purina people food.

Mylo, if everyone ate at Folsom Bistro, we might have to wait for a table!

I, for one, am looking forward to my kobe burger and pomme frites. smile.gif

It's not a big deal to me.
My Wife is bisexual however I don't mention it in 90% of my posts.

The question I've asked in several other posts, many of which seem to get censored "what's his point? / Where is he going with it?"

Why consistently mention it unless one is looking to draw attention to themselves.

Wait, how can your wife be bisexual if she married you? once she's married she is stuck with the same mate for the rest of her life.

Unless the two of you are flagrante swingers.

heh--so much for the "significant" part of other.

So is your point that he has a life or that you wish you did?

Uhm, I don't think current partner defines sexual preference in the case of bisexuality.

Bisexual means that you are sexually attracted to both sexes. You don't have to act on it.

This is true--but the act of getting married is agreeing on that one mate for life.

So you are no longer bisexual or ho or running around or any other slant on a monogomous relationship.

That is: if you are truely committed to your partner.

I think it's pretty clear that sexual preference and action are very distinct things. Just because you get married, doesn't mean you don't "prefer" one or another, or both.

This is the whole premise behind "don't ask, don't tell."

but, what about the food? think of the food!! man, the tangents on some of these restaurant threads are incredible! laugh.gif

Okay, I think that's enough about swmr's date.

Anything else to add about Chili's or other similar fine dining establishments (think Stouffers)?

That is so unfair! Stoffer's Mac & Cheese is much better than Chili's version. Shame on you.

Even their meatballs have No Preservatives. I doubt the same can be said for Chili's.

Ehhhhh--*shrug*---I disagree.

If you are bisexual then you should be able to turn it on or off just like one or the other. Particularly once you have made the decision on who floats your boat and you make it your mate.

So---anyway---Chili's give's me heartburn--except for their ribs and chips. Oh and their salsa.

Oh-wait--maybe that's why I always get heart burn?

Huh--oh well--I'll just keep blaming it on their thick mashed potatoes that have that yummy skin in it. mmmmmm

But truely----stay away from their chicken fried steak and gravy. It'll do you under and add about 100 points to your hypertension and gosh only knows how many calories. Plus the country breakfast place that used to be down on the corner of Folsom Auburn and Douglas made the best country fried steak. mmmmmm

Let's say you love mexican food and italian food, but make a bizarre pledge to only eat italian food for the rest of your life. Does that mean that you no longer like mexican food, since you vowed not to eat it? If I go on a diet, do I no longer like ice cream, just because I'm not allowed to eat it? Sorry Supermom, but your argument doesn't quite fly.
