What is "tilting an image" ? On the image, it's SECRET that is written in a weird font...
Does it mean scramble that word?

It the image is a indeed a 3D image, I don't have the tools to tilt it...
So I guess I am forever stuck and will never know where she is from...

Look up the alphabet and try to decode it by hand. A translator gets it wrong.
