I've decided instead of Homeland Insecurity Dam Elevated Bridge I like Bill Z's idea, so how about:

That is HONOR, and there are way too many people in this country who no longer understand it.

I would seeing as how that's probably what people will call it anyway for the sake of brevity no matter what it's named.
