You came by?? you shoulda said Hi - I even had the cold beer on ice ready for ya..
...oh man, my neighbor..... I swear that lady is cuckoo for cocoa puffs..... she had a super cheap pine wood fence built by some tweakers she hired.... they put up the fence so half arsed it was silly... and then the pine wood shrunk and warped so bad it looked like the fence was melted - it was bad... what a cheap goof
I told her to use red wood but she said she didn't think it was worth the money- then when it came time to fix the fence thats on my property she wanted to use pine again - I said no - redwood only - so I payed for all the materials and said lets split the labor cost - then she changed her mind as the fence was being built and said she wasn't going to pay - cripes... what a jerk
then about 3 weeks ago - she hired some other tweakers (seriously) who came and took the pine wood fence down - said they were going to put up redwood now instead - that was over 3 weeks ago - still no fence
I think someone complained to the lady and she's leaving her fence down now to "get back" at whoever complained - she's seriously wacko like that.....
it doesn't bother me, but I did think about putting a sign -"free stuff" on one of the fence poles for the stuff in her backyard.... I don't get it - why would you want to expose your entire back yard and leave it open like that for months?
It took her 3 months to build the fence the first time - and now it looks like it will be going to be over a month or so before she rebuilds the fence again
she's nuts

She may be related to that lady that lives next door to me.
Thanks for setting the Boston CD aside for my son. He will appreciate that.

No, I sometimes use Los Cerros and Cruickshank to get from Bidwell to Riley....that's when I noticed the fence the other day.
What's with all the whacky fence ladys these days ??

do you cut down thru Woodsmoke to get to Bidwell?
must be something about old widower women and their fencing.... I don't get it.. I'd have thought she'd want privacy for her back yard... ?
I bet you won't see that fence up for at least another month or more....
