What, you couldn't find a Korean to open a Korean restaurtant?
Oh well.

What we really need is a full-fledged Filipino restaurant! smile.gif

I guess I missed this thread earlier (have been away)... I was surprised to see the sign on the door today.

Good luck George and co.

Filipino wouldn't be bad either, or maybe a combination Filipino & Korean menu.
Then I would go twice as often.
I would rather be Backpacking

Well that blows, that is not a full fledged filipino restaurant, the filipino menu is catering only, the dine-in menu is americanized crap.

They offer Philippino food in the restaurant as well... its just not a permanent fixture. Look on the whiteboard on the back counter to see what their daily offerings are.

well, it would be nice if they put the whiteboard on their website then.
And If it's only a select daily menu, how do I know it's not leftovers from yesterday's catering.
I don't want to go to a restaurant to see if what is offered for the day is what I want to order.

Odd that a teriyaki place would also have Filipino (proper spelling) food- what kind of fresh offerings do they have ?

Another great  day in the adventure of exploration and sight.

I would rather drive to the Manila Restaurant in South Sac, because before I get there, I know what will be on the menu. I don't want to go to the Folsom Outlets, walk into the place to read the whiteboard and decide, no I'm not interested, where else do we want to go.
