My husband and I will donate a few gift cards so you can get yourself a few outfits and some items for your pups. I'm sorry about the loss of your home, but I'm glad you and your animals are safe.

thanks so much! we would love gift cards. drop them off or mail them anytime. thanks again. we really appreciate everything people are helping us with.

Grace,

We have a queen size mattress, box spring and metal frame. The box spring is scratched up a bit in one area due to my brother-in-laws cats (we left this bed with him when we moved out of state and now that we are back, he and we have no room for it). It's currently in our garage. It's been in a smoke-free environment. We have two sets of sheets (fitted sheet, sheet, and pillow case covers) for it as well. You might be able to find better from someone else but just wanted to let you know in case you are in need of a bed still. The mattress is very comfortable. I'm very sorry for your loss. Blessings to you and Eric.

alright, i talked to Eric and we agreed that...we don't know if we want a bed yet. lol. we're trying to get our bed cleaned if possible. our bedroom was all smoke and heat damage so if the bed is salvageable for a reasonable price then we are going to do that. i will let you know when we make that decision. thank you smile.gif

do you ned a tv, dvd player, or cd player? We are going through some stuff and the dvd and cd will probably go to goodwill anyway. I'd be happy to donate a TV for someone in need.

On that note...

Graceful, I've got a collection of movies ( dvd ) and some (vhs) that we are willing to give up. Most are in a binder rather than dvd holders. Would you care to have some dvds?

Also, we have one or two small suitcases, a small lamp table with a drawer and a really low and basic coffee table you can have if you want it. hmm, I also have a miniature hockey/pool table that really needs a young home.

ohh and I have some candles, too. They smell pretty nice.

Hi Grace-
How is Nicki? My girls were the ones that found her running around the neighborhood last week. When I called the number on her collar and the man said that your house had burned down and you were staying with someone else, it took awhile for me to put two and two together, but I figured it must be you guys! Anyway, my girls have talked about Nicki since we found her and were wondering if she was okay! We'll bring a gift card by for the dogs....

Grace, I'm willing to store some things in my garage, with the entertainment center. I can easily move things around to dedicate a space for you and Eric. Let me know if that will be helpful and we can arrange something.
THANK YOU FOR SUPPORTING MY GIRL.
We could not be doing this without you.
Much love and gratitude.

i appreciate the thought but i don't think it will be necessary. while we were over at the house today we decided to clean out the garage and make that our storage space. thank you so much for the offer but i'm happy to say we got it figured out! smile.gif

Hi Grace,
How are you for donations for clothes for yourself? I have 2 bags of clothes (some winter and some summer) and I am a size 4/6. There is everything from sweaters to coats to t-shirts. I would be happy to drop them off to you if you would like them, but didn't want you to end up with unwanted/unnecessary items on the doorstep.

Let me know. I hope you and your husband and your doggies are doing okay.

As you are probably aware, a Folsom couple and their pets lost their house yesterday to a house fire. Eric Redinger and his fiancee are soliciting donations of any kind - clothes, money, whatever... don't forget 2 dogs, too! If you are interested in helping out, please drop off donations at 189 Wellfleet Circle, or call Eric at 467-6418 to see if he has specific needs.

Please update this thread if you have anything you can donate. Thank you!

i really appreciate the thought but i have actually gotten a ton of clothes already. if you know anyone who wears Eric's size tho he needs clothes still! lol. girls seem to have more extra clothes they are willing to give away than guys!! haha. Eric is a 30x30 pants and small shirt.
thanks again for thinking of me!
