Sounds like I need to try number 2.
I do agree with others in I'd like to see the business plans for these places. I can not imagine a need for 3 in Folsom.
So far my vote goes to Nugget.

The reason we like Rockin' Cupcake Cafe best: moist cupcakes, flavorfull icing, large & mini sizes to choose from, and special diets cupcakes. The owner has a specialty baker on Monday-Friday that bakes one vegan and one gluten free cupcake flavor each day! Perfect since my son is on a gluten free diet. Now the whole family can enjoy without fear of upset stomachs.
Rockin Cupcake Cafe also has beverages available (coffee, tea, hot chocolate, milk, water) that you can buy to go along with your cupcake. Another point in the score category for us. Plus, you can actually sit comfortably inside and eat it there...instead of buying and having to take it home/elsewhere to eat.
Like I said...our new favorite place!

I have been wanting to check out Rockin' Cupcake...Icing on the Cupcake is my FAVORITE. So I'm curious to see what they are like. I may have to stop in there today. We are fans of Icing on the Cupcake....until yesterday! Went to the new cupcake place called Rockin' Cupcake Cafe. (By Savemart...old Peach Pit place) Loved it! It's our new favorite place.

On an unrelated note, I noticed Pho Bac Hoa Viet is now called Pho ABC. I'm not sure if the food has changed.
