My review, a couple of weeks after eating here.
I too found the menu confusing . . . my kids? even more confused. Don't believe me - look here: http://www.freshii.com/menu.php - and this menu doesn't include the pre-configured wraps. Ordering was bizarre too - It's odd that a restaurant that prides itself on sustainability and recycling forces you to write down your order on paper - but whatever.
It took FOREVER to get our food. I mean disappointing forever. There was no one in line in front of use - and we sat and watched a guy mix up the contents of our wraps in bags and dump them on the wrap . . . I'd hate to see how long it takes when they get busy.
My wrap was "okay." Way too much dressing. Should have ordered dressing on the side - maybe my fault. Contents tasted fresh - but very unremarkable.
My kids didn't want any of the pre-configured wraps - so they made their own - that's where it gets expensive. Just the "wrap" (tortilla and rice) was around $5 or so - my son added turkey and bacon - and it ended up costing around $9.50? Ouch!
Suffice it to say that all five of us were disappointed and will not be back. It's an interesting concept - but think that the concept may suffer from too much thinking and trying to be cute.
Like others have said - if I want fresh in that center - I'll go to Rubio's and get a couple of tacos - or hit Jack's.

Freshii is no longer in Folsom. Place is cleared out and up for lease again. They lasted longer than I expected them to last. Like the idea, but Cheesesteak's review was true for many of us.

I actually liked the food there, they had healthy food options that we could use a lot more of. Now with them gone we have no source for true health food in town anymore.

I was going to post on that. Sorry to see a business fail, but it did not appear to be well-run.
I think the owner had a background in finance, not food.
One friend took his family to check it out for dinner and got there about half an hour before close. Mind you, this was fast-casual, not a full service place.
Anyway, when he got his food a few minutes later, the manager and crew were rushing to clean up, spraying down tables, then turning chairs upside down on top of them, shutting off the TV's, sweeping around them. They felt very unwelcome and never went back.
I never did after they told me about it.

And what you didn't mention is that when you don't drive, I presume that's because you are walking. Doesn't get much lower impact than that.Got the same thing from a co-worker who has two hybrids, one civic & one highlander. He commented that he was bummed I didn't buy a hybrid. He & his wife each commute 30-ish miles each way. When I drive, it's 2 miles round trip. I'm still ahead in the impact race.
