When I saw this report on China's ghost cities and malls, I couldn't help but think of the Palladio a a little.
I've seen the video's for China's ghost towns too. Weird....I heard also from the local Elliot relator, Kim Johnstone, that all the spaces for restaurants have been filled. I tried to get her to tell me what else was coming....maybe if I would've bought that new home from her I could've gotten the scoop, but I didn't, and she would not share the info.

Our city council should watch that video
- especially when considering development south of 50
Key words in the video that point to the cause of those ghost towns: over-developed

Me too.
Does anybody really buy books at these book stores? Why would you when you can get it cheaper online or downloaded to your Kindle?
Borders is basically bankrupt, seems the book store biz is a fading one.

So now does that mean another big empty space in the Home Depot center? Pretty disappointing.

Me too.
The Sports Authority deal is already a signed deal.
And I'm told the italian restaurant is now being negotiated with Johnny Garlic's.
