I don't remember where we got it. We had it for years before I got P90X. I just didn't bother to use it. Now I still use it when I walk through that doorway. Make a few attempts before I walk through. My nephew purchased an iron bar and attached it to his garage ceiling. If you use free weights and a bar, it's easier to compete with yourself, cause with the band you can't increase weight or decrease how much chair you use, etc. You can only increase number of reps to improve.
