Rabbit trail and, also, apples and oranges. I don't think I'd equate removal of a part of the body, either the male or female, with tattoos, piercings, permanent makeup, or what I'd consider more akin to adornment of the body.
In the meantime, the owner of this real estate company has gotten more free advertisement than he could have possibly hoped for.
