The liberals seem so obsessed with knocking every success president Trump has made...Trump is his own worst enemy.  He actually starts to make some progress and then launches a tweet storm that reveals his total lack of dignity, decorum, and thoughtfulness. You won't believe this, but some of us know and agree Trump could be a little less raw. But I feel it's a small price to pay for the benefit this country will gain.

  

California is a failed state...nowhere close to a failed state.  Calif just moved from the 6th largest economy in the world to the fifth largest economy in the world.  NOTHING here looks like a failed state. California has one of the largest debts in the nation. People like to throw out what a huge economy it has, but they fail to factor in the state debt of 153.6 billion. If not stopped, the low intelligence liberal voters will vote themselves a life much worse than they can imagine. Taxes will eat up most of their liberal gains.

High crime from illegal immigration and a sanctuary state will no doubt, claim the lives of some of their loved ones. And that free health care will be no more than like the past county hospital wait of hours on end, after which a doctor, in bed with big pharma, will hand them a drug that probably does little, but has dangerous side effects. It will be a miserable time for the sick and ailing...Really??  And you don't think our current situation is a miserable time for the sick and ailing?  And our GOP congress will do nothing about it?  Under the GOP led healthcare system we have now, people have to choose between medications and food.  One bad diagnosis leads them to financial ruin.  And big pharma (helped by the GOP congress) has raised prices to the stratosphere.  But for some reason you seem to like what our GOP friends are delivering. I never said the current situation is good.  But, that is not the fault of the Republicans, no matter what the liberals say to you. Health care has been run by the liberals since Obama Care was brought forth by him. He pretty much gave the health insurance industry a blank check and we were supposed to foot the bill. In order to fix health care, it has to go to another level besides being profit base. And that is a very big fish to fry. I'm not sure we will see it very soon, because of the big money interests. They are very powerful groups.

 

Affordable Housing will be sad as well, with communities of project like housing, in which crime is higher than anywhere else. But young liberals, who now get to vote at age eighteen, don't know we've been there and done that already. But maybe they will be lucky enough to live there! That would indeed be justice!  Ah yes - revenge.  A favorite tool in the GOP arsenal. It's just the same power play you liberals use. You expect us to play nice when you play dirty?

 

Those of us who can, will leave California and take our taxes with us.  Please do so, and take someone with you. That's already happening and will get worse.  Latest report shows that in the past 4 years, over 1 million people have returned to Mexico.  And if Trump builds his wall it will make it harder for them to go home.   And the liberal leaders will just call for more taxes and promise a utopia for the clueless liberal masses, who will believe them again. The gene pool in California will birth even more lower intelligence voters and become another example of how a stupid people create their own misery, while the rich politicians/drug cartels live in lavish houses, behind gates with armed guards.  You live in Folsom with a large number of gated communities.  Have you complained about that lately? Well, that's a new one! Care to give me your proof of those million Mexicans going home? Not to worry...I'm sure the ICE agents will help those poor Mexicans get home.

I may live in Folsom, but not within a gated community. And my house is in the poorer area of town.

I can tell you that part of my family has already left California...they didn't need me to take them anywhere.

I know facts are sometimes hard to take, but here are some -  Calif GDP = $2.45 trillion, debt = $153.6 billion (your number, which is wrong but we'll use it).  That means Calif Debt to GDP ratio is 6.3%   Take a look at the US federal govt - USA GDP = $20 trillion, but debt = $21 trillion, or a debt to GDP ratio of 105%.  If you want to complain about an economy out of control, go to Washington.  Washington has been controlled by a GOP White house, a GOP senate, and GOP house for almost 2 years.  You may want to talk to them before you start complaining about the Calif economy.  

 

Again, the White House, Senate, and House have been controlled by the GOP for almost 2 years.  Their effort to fix healthcare went down the toilet last fall.  So what did they do?  THEY WALKED AWAY.  You voted for these clowns, we're paying them big $$$$, and you're letting them off the hook.

Great points Rose. Ya have to laugh at people like Who-Lib. He says Calif is great and stable, yet he said the other day that he "bought" a property in New Zealand because he fears Trump. Not only is that a stupid fear, but it's a lie because unemployed bloggers can't afford New Zealand, so it makes me laugh. Besides that, if Calif is so great, why would he leave?.. it's run by Libs, so what's the problem?  Maybe in actuality he knows that Liberalism doesn't work and Calif is teetering on disaster on several fronts, but he's too cowardly to admit it? Who-Do....it's absurd you think Trump should have everything done in just two years, when Obummer was in office EIGHT YEARS and not only did he NOT do anything good for this country, but added a load of debt! You are way out in left field on that one!  That Obummer clown really added to the national debt and did nothing to bring back jobs.

 

Further, Obummer was taken to the cleaners when he went on his AHC acid trip.  He found out real fast that nothing is free and when it comes to health care it certainly isn't affordable. Health care and insurance companies weren't about to play the charity game and lower prices. In fact, they raised prices to cover costs of dealing with all the new rules and regulations. Then they added huge deductibles to insurance claims to work out how the poor could get health care for free.  What a brilliant plan! How's that working out for the working class?  I can tell you....it sinks! It's doomed to fail and the "walking away" you said Trump did was to give it time to fail. But that mandate will be gone soon!  And good riddance to that!  We need to be able to shop for health insurance like we shop for car insurance....and across state lines. The insurance companies have mad out big time though! They hit the mega big payday!

 

What Obummer really wanted was to take credit for a health care bill that would make it possible for the poor to go to the same doctors the working class does, and pass the bill to the federal government....but it didn't work. Why? Because he is an idiot!

 

And one more thing...if California is doing so great, why are we now paying a larger gas tax???? How come we have tons more homeless than any other state? How come every thing is going to s---?  Could it be that liberals can't manage correctly?
