Tips for next time:

Bigger venue -- nobody could sit together so it was like small family groups scattered around and eating by themselves.

Non-mandatory name tags. I couldn't even tell if people were myfolsom folks, and I wasn't going to interrupt dinners to ask. Recognized a few and met a few new ones though.

Don't forget your camera.

Yeah - I learned a lot from this event... good points. We're already thinking about a summer event for the next time.

Yeah - I learned a lot from this event... good points. We're already thinking about a summer event for the next time.

Remember the Livermore Park one years ago? That was a great spot, shade, easy access, kid friendly.

We could also try Negro Bar park. They have the shaded area and it's on the water.

The mid-week thing killed us this time. We tried to make it but it was just too hectic of a day.

I enjoyed my burrito - I will go back. It was fun watching everyone and wondering who was who. I know we were sitting next to CV because I heard someone at his table refer to him using that name.
