You guys eat lunch early!

Lets see, breakfast today was a bagel w/cream cheese, decaf coffee (always decaf - not too long ago I had some caffeinated drink and ended up walking 7 miles on the treadmill before I calmed down), and water.

Lunch today? Hmm, don't think about that until 1 or 2pm...

Sub Page_Load(Sender As Object, E As EventArgs)
If Not Page.IsPostBack Then
panelVis()
panel3visible()

dim dontcare as string = "dontcare"
'?instructorID=1&indicator=EditRecord
dim queryStrInstructor as integer = request.querystring("instructorID") ' come from instructor.aspx search by ssn
dim queryStrIndicator as string = request.querystring("indicator")
if queryStrIndicator = "EditRecord" THEN
selectData(queryStrInstructor)
else
buildRadioList(dontcare,2)
END IF
End if
End Sub

Breakfast was coffee, water and almonds. Lunch, about a cup of leftover penne pasta with my wife's tomato sauce. Awesome stuff. Spinach cooked for about 2 minutes in chicken broth.

Boring, but I've got to eat better.

Healthy foods tend to be very boring.

Today for breakfast I had coffee. For lunch I had a yogurt and banana and now I'm hungry again. I was going to bring some crackers but forgot.

Trust me, I eat a ton. I said before I eat a lot at dinner. My mother-in-law loved to take me to buffets because she got a kick out of how much I ate. I do have a hearty appetite. We try not to go to buffets anymore because it's so easy to over eat. Oh, for our honeymoon we went on a cruise and I ate so much that I actually bought a new pair of shorts for comfort. I'm a small person but now I need to watch things more closely.

I am similar to u erika in that I hit the buffets EVERY WEEKEND!!!!! But I workout wholeheartedly so all the foods just burned away quick.

I went to my sista-in-law's engagement in Elk Grove and had lunch. Fantastic foods for the engagement party but everyone was so excited that nobody ate much. We had leftovers enough for 50 people (seriously).
