Something about the pictures that were released. I guess the contestants sign a contract when they enter the pageant that there aren't picutres like that out there.
The decision was up to Donald Trump, and of course he found the pictures lovely, and her beautiful, and he stated we're in the 21st Century, and that's how he came to his decision. He applauded her for giving a honest answer to a politically charged question. He also mentioned it's the same answer the President of the United States would give.

Yeah, but have you seen Miss Rhode Island photos?
Racy photo of Miss Rhode Island probably NSFW
ACtually, while looking for Miss R.I. pics I stumbled acroos the new Miss CA photos...guess they are not the same (Miss CA goes Janet jackson)
Damn. I hate when I have to recant. I guess she should have lost her title as her contract does prohibit nudity. Although frankly, I'm not horrified, and I don't think anyone is emotionally scarred by seeing a nipple

Then again, maybe the federal government will can negate her contract...oops, going political... hehehe
As with so many other topics in the press...so much ado about nothing...

The whole thing is a waste of time as far as I'm concerned.

Because as Donald Trump said...
SHE'S SERIOUSLY GOOD LOOKING.....

and I know we'll see her on FOX NEWS soon...
She'll be doing that "cross her legs" thang like all the other "news babes" do on that station... you know.. ala Lauri Dhue... Megan Kelly...
I watch Fox News for the babes... not just the news...

BTW, in one article she claims the photos were released because of her views on gay marriage. That is simply not true, any time there is public figure that can perhaps be compromised by photos, videos, former employees statements, etc. count on it being released to the media. What about Vanessa Williams? After she won, Bob Guccione released photos that forced her to step down - he released them because he could - not because she's black or her views on current events or human rights.
