What's pcos?
It's a women hormone issue with the reproduction of eggs.

I avoid drinking dairy-not always but can make me violently ill.

I do eat white cheeses and some cheddar.

Meat-I don't eat.

Once in a while I will crave chicken but lately makes me sick too.

For some reason-even when I did enjoy eating meats-salmon was a no food.

I have to be careful the types of breads I eat-because it can be fattening for someone on such a limited diet. Make me blow up fast. Beans, variations of veggies my main diet.

The doc told me years ago (waay before I was a vegetarian) that I had an iron deficiency. Since I became a veggie eater I don't have to worry about the iron thing. But....here's my funny....I may be a veggie eater but I don't care much for fruits....so, when I crave sweets-I tend to pick up pastries or chocolate.

Ohhh my blood type is b

There is a chart which explains what the B blood type should eat. GO figure I like to eat everything in the purple area!

OK, proof to me that chart is full of garbanzo beans.

under dairy, I'm supposed to eat Mozzarella, but avoid string cheese.

String cheese is mozzarella. what a bunch of hooey.
I would rather be Backpacking

I know...but the way string cheese is processed is probably different than regular mozzerella. Overall, most diet/the way you should eat, is avoiding foods that are overprocessed, or processed at all.

Me too! It says no avacado or bacon for O's. Yeah, like I'm gonna give up my BLT(A)s

It's impossible to blend blood types too. I'm O and my hubby is B. We can hardly eat the same meals! Frustrating.
Like all diests - it probably all boils down to putting less into your mouth and using your legs more to help you lose weight.

Does putting iodine tincture on my wounds help? laugh.gif

Ha! tongue.gif

Common Sources of Dietary Iodine
  1. Breads
  2. Iodized table salt
  3. Cheese
  4. Saltwater fish
  5. Cow’s milk
  6. Seaweed (including kelp, dulce, nori)
  7. Eggs
  8. Shellfish
  9. Frozen yogurt
  10. Soy milk
  11. Ice cream
  12. Soy sauce
  13. Iodine-containing multivitamins
  14. Yogurt
  15. Meat
  16. Poultry
  17. Kelp
  18. Strawberries
  19. Mozzarella Cheese

I don't know...this seems like a pretty comprehensive list. If it's that easy to get from foods, why would we need to add iodine to salt???

Yeah...this is my main focus. I have been doing the livestrong websites..my plate. I love it and I will see if it's working tonight after I weigh myself. I feel a bunch better though so if that's all I get this week then I am happy with it.
