"Hey, maybe Folsom PD doesn't give as many tickets per capita because Folsom residents are more law abiding citizens?"

Average number of citations per officer per month in Folsom is the lowest in the region, yet we know we have a big problem here in Folsom. Doesn't make sense. That's why I invoked the term "lazy". Prove me wrong. You can't...

now lets see the stats of how many officers there are per citizens. last I heard there were very few.

Not that I want a police state here in town but I think there is a problem with low resources available to run traffic patrols

No offense, but I don't trust ANY of you enough to reveal how/why I have this information. Suffice it to say the FPD is working on beefing-up patrols and the issuance of citations, since they KNOW dangerous driving is going on at an unprecedented level here in Folsom. They receive such a high volume of input and complaints from the public, that coupled with this new stat on the low number of citations comparable to cities this size, that they now have to adjust...that means hopefully alot more ticket-writing....

I've given the verbal account of what I know...I'm not gonna post the spreadsheet listing citation data...I don't have that...but I have it on unimpeachable authority that what I say is fact...don't like it, move on...besides, it's not like I'm claiming I could cure cancer....calm down....
