We don't have to do anything - the old saying "Give him enough rope . . ."
Well now, latest polls show 59% dissapprove of the Iraq war.
And that comes about without me saying a thing! Go figure!

All have to add to this is just take the high road. If posters are being critical or offensive, take it up with the moderating team or myself... if you lash back it puts you in the same category and both of you will be reprimanded.

We'll have a new "rules" thread posted on these forums when they open up. We will enforce them strictly.

Hopefully the new rules will apply to the moderators also. Much of the problem came from flame threads and topics started by cybertrano and CV. They are both as responsible for the tone of this thread as any of the posters.

Also CV can throw out insults with the best of them.......

i can only hope that this "rules" thread will enforce a clause banning racial, gender, sexual-orientation, nationality and religious slurs and defamations.....

On many forums those are the given rules - break them and you are immediately banned. I personally think those would be great guidelines for this place....we do need a ban on those - there really is no room or need in society for people who are racists
