Your long and vicious reply to my post was based on the assumption that my post was written by whatever stylist you are complaining about. That makes most of you statements in that post not applicable??? I am almost certain you aren't really a customer, You post is way to personal. My guess is you have a grudge against Maribou or some of the people that work there. If you read your post you can feel the personal anger you have, something is not right. You sound unbalanced and immature.

Milo, Why post an image of one of Maribous owners? That is really mean! What are you trying to say... Sometimes your sarcasm goes a bit too far. Think how you would feel if someone put your picture on a thread like this...

I agree with Dr. Folsom. I know the lady pictured and she is an honest, reputable businesswoman who is trying to make a go of her own salon here in Folsom. People have every right to state their opinions, but when it comes to maligning an entire business over unhappiness with one hairsylist, then I think a line needs to be drawn. This is starting to remind me of the My Grandma's Kitchen posts!!!!

Bottom line, if you aren't happy with the results, take your business elsewhere.

I'll have to say that Dr Folsom's got a point when it comes to putting that girl's picture in their post; that's pretty low...however, I must say that good ole Dr. Folsom is certainly no doctor of psychology (regardless of his sorry attempts of "reading between the lines" in my previous emails!! ...possibly just a doctor of ego

C'mon. This is supposed to be a forum to share good/bad experiences, not to get personal and throw insults. Let's try to stay positive.

For whatever reason, Consumer was not happy with her service. Fine. You may or may not choose to go to Maribou based on her experience. I saw many good reviews and some not-so-good reviews on this thread. That should be enough said. Let's be adults.

Jill is a very nice person, and I doubt she's done anything to deserve this treatment. There is no reason to bring her into this conversation, unless it's to directly comment on the salon.

I am confused by your attacks on everyone. Usually the dialogue on this board is civil and intelligent. You write out these personal attacks that are so vicious to people you don't even know. My guess is you are a bored teenager trying to stir up trouble. Someday you will understand the value of debate and will be able to discuss controversial subjects without attacking people. You really do sound foolish.

I'm new in this community as well as new to this website. I unfortunately had a very bad experience with ONE hair dresser at Maribou. I NEVER intended to put down Maribou, I only wanted others to not make the same mistake I did. I went to a salon that was known to be expensive which lead me to foolishly think that it really didn't matter who I went to, assuming that they all must be good since it's an expensive salon, and then I chose one that advertised herself as being reasonable...my mistake (big)! I learned an important lesson here and I only wanted to share this with others who might be inclined to make the same assumptions. My guess is that this could happen at any salon, but because I was so upset at the time I may have come across like I was slamming Maribou which was never my intent. Then, to make matters worse, this "Dr. Folsom" gets himself all involved, psychoanalyzing me and my post, insulting me and making false/totally wrong accusations. This of course only added fuel to the fire. He obviously had NO clue to what he was talking about and pretty much "nosed" in something that was clearly none of his business. Anyway, after reading your comment I realized you're totally right and from now on I'll just ignore nosey people...they're always going to be around regardless. I just wanted to let you and others out there know that my intentions were honestly good, I just wasn't in the right place or time to be voicing them as my wounds were still fresh. Thanks for the word of peace... I'm over it!

ps I'm still confused about one thing however, does Dr. Folsom think I'm an immature teenager or an upset salon owner who's lost business due to Maribou? He's a bit confusing at times.

Do you have nothing better to do than to disect and pseudo-psychoanalyze posts then report your judgement to the "poster"? As far as your confusion goes, that makes two of us cause I'm still trying to figure out if you rationalized me out to be an immature teen or a salon owner losing business--there's quite a difference in the two. Oh yes, there's one more thing that we agree on, for the most part, there are quite a few civil and intelligent posts on this site, but obviously there's always going to be those one or two excep-tions to this rule (read between that line if you wish) Peace brother.
