Where is the one in Rancho?

Oh, it's way down by Butterfield.

I'm off Zinfandel. Not worth the Drive-by risk to go that far down Folsom Blvd.

I'm in the same area for work. You're right. Not worth the drive.

LMAO! I'll have to agree. I am lucky though, they send out the receptionist to pick up our lunches from there. Poor girl. I'm off Old Placerville.

Well, if you get enough people together (over $50), they deliver!

I work in a datacenter, there's like 5 people that don't bring lunch smile.gif I don't think that's quite enough for delivery, unless you fellow locals wanna go in on it wink.gif

And what? Meet on the corner somewhere? Yeah, that'd work.

How much are the sandwiches though? We have a department of 10. I might be able to hit that 50.00 mark. Rock on.

Back to beach hut deli

I think they are in danger of losing their streak of best sammich awards
I've been there 2ce in the last 2 weeks

the sandwiches are smaller - quite a bit smaller.
Now, in general, that's not a bad thing. But then prices should reflect it.

In addition, my wife got the Beach Bikini (turkey, cranberry, yada yada) and the bread was stale? crackerish in parts.

the wait was considerable, and the cleavage was negligible.

Not sure what's going on over there... but I hope they fix it soon.

I had the philly steak from beach hut deli and i didnt think it was very good.. there wasnt very much flavor.. my hubs had the meatball and boy it was GREAT! very saucy and big huge meatballs. smothered in cheese.. yum yum.

Last night my husband and I tried Mr. Pickles and it was great! They were officially closed with the lights off when we got there but were happy to help us and there were many people that came in behind us that they happily helped as well. The staff is very friendly and the sandwiches are delicious....by far the best in Folsom!! I am so glad that we finally have a great sandwich shop in town!

I saw Mr. Pickle this morning! I haven't had the chance to go yet.

Curious: What kind of kids sandwiches do they have? Are there actual kid sizes?

Maybe we'll hit it for lunch tomorrow.

Tried to go on Friday night but at 7:30 the lights were out and they were gone. What time does this place close... there was nothing in the window defining hours of operation

I went earlier in the week and thought it was just okay. I certainly wouldn't say it's the best sandwich place but that's just my opinion.

I don't think they will have a problem keeping open. Subway should be nervous. My friend and I went there yesterday for lunch. They were not only very busy, but the sandwich I had was fabulous. I WILL be back. Check it out.
