How can you continue to make statements like that without facilitating at least an expression that backs up a claim which was obviously meant to cause harm to the business?

If you have some kind of beef with the company go sue them or something.

Mylo, aka 'Spicy' does that to stir things up. But that's OK...he does it well...

Yes. I wrote, and then deleted something about how since Spicy thinks it's okay to make unsubstantiated, hurtful comments about a company then I guess Spicy thinks it's okay if someone else writes something like, "Spicy is a lazy slob, or so I hear."

You are hurting businesses! People are influenced by things said here on this forum. You just cant tell people to "call Mike Dunn at Sac Bee" and try to close a business down. These are hard working business people and you are just a "500 lb. couch potato"

Spicy must have access to a real estate system like Costar that lists lease rates and properties for sale.

Also, I was talking to a person who was looking at a restaurant space in Folsom that would lease for $10k a month, the property owners would give $65k for tenant improvements, and they said they were beaten out (timewise) as there were several others interested in the space. I thought they said it was over by Best Buy and +/-1000 square feet. That is a lot of sales to come out of a small space to make that rent.

I don't post often on the board, however I do read. Although you claim to be a nobody, obviously you are currently in or have recently been in the restaurant business. I agree with your take on Folsom restaurants wholeheartedly. I have complained about the lack of decent asian fare in Folsom since I moved here from the Bay Area 13 years ago. That is until Pho Bac came to town. I am curious do you currently own / run a restaurant here in town?

Answer: Currently I do not own/run a restaurant in town. I have never owned a restaurant. I am NOT a realtor either.

I am not someone in disguise. I am no one. Simply a couch potato, 500+ pounds, live in my mother's basement, an independent thinker, and live to eat.
I have a lot of free time for the next few months... then my life will move on...

Worst answer ever. For somebody who has access to all the details of what's for sale, rent costs, owners, etc you MUST have a reason to be posting all this info. I wouldn't think one couch potato could change the restaurant landscape of an entire town but you're doing a damn good job at it, Kudos to you NO ONE!
