Funny, I actually like IHOP wink.gif

I don't understand how you can be so down on the pre-packaged food at Chili's when the pancakes and waffles at IHOP are made from pre-packaged mixes that make a product far below the quality you can make at home with the non-powdered versions of eggs, butter or oil, and buttermilk. Where are the sausages made for the local IHOP? Are they better than the ones at Costco?

The 10-grain pancake mix at Winco is good quality stuff except for the powdered buttermilk. One cup of the mix, one egg, one T of oil, one cup of water or milk... Enjoy.

I agree, IHOP is pre-packaged same-ness. But I'm okay with IHOP simply because the service there has always been so fantastic. Most breakfast places in town that have quality food (few don't use boxed mixes) still seem to have miserable service.

I also must admit that breakfast is my least favorite meal, and seemingly the most simple to make, so I'm hardly a connoisseur of pancakes and poached eggs.

Breakfast is one of my favorite meals.
Pancakes (you could top them with preserves from a jar or real maple syrup from TJ's), waffles, scrambled eggs, steel-cut oats (winco), toasted homemade bread or Miltons... Easy, quick, good, and the ambiance (looking out our dining area window) is much better than at IHOP.

I used to like IHOP years ago, but nowdays, the fruit topping they put on their waffles is just awful.

It's not a big deal to me.
My Wife is bisexual however I don't mention it in 90% of my posts.

The question I've asked in several other posts, many of which seem to get censored "what's his point? / Where is he going with it?"

Why consistently mention it unless one is looking to draw attention to themselves.

I am bisexual as well...It does not sway my posts and probably why I am so hard on swmr...He just seems to do so much Homosexual spouting that it actually makes people think negatively of those who are different!!!
