Just set this up on your roof if your house backs to the park:

But what if I forget to turn it off in the morning and it nails the first two-year-old that arrives in front of the nanny?

I was thinking about dressing up in the "Scream" outfit and walking over with my biggest kitchen knife.

I'd say that's all on the nanny. Any nanny worth their salt is going to do a scan of the park and perimeter for cat land mines in the sandbox and snipers. No competent childcare professional would let the two-year-old get so far ahead of them that they couldn't throw themselves in front of any incoming paintball.

You could have just told me that you didn't want me borrowing your mower...
Now I've got paint in places where it doesn't belong.

Tom, you're in the wrong business. Figures, you get this from a show called, "Late Night!"

Thanks Al.

Last night, the police began issuing citations. The lucky winners were 3 teens and 2 adults at about 12:30 a.m.

We've started a neighborhood watch and we're still working out the rules of engagement and where to buy ammo, things like that.

Were the adults hanging out with the teens?
And by adult, do you mean actual adults, or 18 and/or slightly over 18?

I honestly don't know Jen and I wasn't the one who called the police. We (neighbors) met as a group this week and whoever hears a disturbance calls it in. The police have been awesome and realize that this IS a problem. For the rest of the summer they will be issuing citations thereby keeping track of repeat offenders. Once word gets out that this is happening, they'll find some other haunt.
