Cloud - which Seafood Buffet did you go to? I usually go to the one in Roseville and another one in Sacramento, close to Arden Mall.
Erika - what did you have in Pho Hoa? Did you have pho - the beef noodle soups? yum yum good.

You mean the one with the all-u-can-eat lobsters? Wowwwiiii
Ever tried Todai in the Bay area? Oh gosh it's gooooooooooood....
For some reasons we end up going to Roseville EVERY WEEKEND!!!! May be we like Roseville.

Well, in theory it's all you can eat... in practice we're too busy with the kids to get a full meal down.... when we left I was still hungry...
Never been to Todai.... but we do enjoy Daimo on Folsom Boulevard....
In keeping with the spirit of the thread....
Breakfast: Tall glass of ice water, 8oz cup of coffee, and bagel w/cream cheese...
Lunch: TBD

Gaining 5lbs is easy.... just supplement with banana, peanut butter, milk, ice cream, chocolate protein shakes (one first thing in the morning, the other last meal of the day) and kill any and all cardio....
