I must have visited on an off day because it was gross. The burger was flavorless and greasy. The sweet potato fries were soggy and had an unusual flavor. On those days that I want to cheat on my diet I will still be driving to Roseville for The Counter. I would rather pay a little more and drive a little further to get an outstanding burger with the toppings I want.

Agree that it is good, not great. But the service I got at the Counter was bad enough that I wouldn't ever go back. The burger I got there sat on the counter getting cold for a long time before it got to the table and the response I got when pointing it out was offense that I would ask for my burger to be hot when I got it. I would pay more and drive further for an outstanding burger also....but I certainly didn't get that at the Counter.

My wife and I ate there last week. The service was fine, the food was good.


Some people will complain no matter how good things are.
