Although I don't eat wings too often anymore, the best I do get some every now and then. The best I've had in Folsom come from Chicago Fire, which are the traditional Buffalo style, and Manderes, which serves them with an awesome Racer 5 hot sauce. Both are great.Need some wings and a cold draft beer soon too... Let's get this wing place OPEN!
I occasionally make 'oven fried' wings with seasoned flour then serve with some kind of sauce and/or dip. Always a hit. I've been told that I'm not saving many fat calories by doing them in the oven, but it's not as messy as frying.
