kind of a double standard, all this talk about women being sex objects, blah blah blah yet the biggest movie this weekend was"magic mike" all my girlfriends were going crazy over this stupid movie...

Actually Ted was the biggest movie this weekend, a really, really funny movie BTW.

Sitting at TK's, party of seven... Seated promptly, and delivered 1/2 the food, but no flatware. Then some more, but not all, food arrived and still had to beg for forks and napkins. Chicken cesear salad arrived without chicken (and sent back), no sense of urgency with staff. Been sitting at table more than one hour and not all food has yet to arrive (and salads delivered last).

I realize TK's just opened and has some things to work out... Not sure we'll be back.

Sounds like TK mgmt or the entire crew should visit The Habit or Chick-Fil-A on how to open a place.

Go early. The place is still packed and even with the army of folks working there it could take a while.

Don't expect too much from the food and they have been starting the music early so try and sit far back if you want to keep having a conversation.

Went for lunch (first time) last week. No crowd. Service was extremely slow (so slow they had to switch servers mid-meal). Not sure of the exact time, but lunch for two took over 1.5 hours, and it wasn't because went on chatting...
Food was good, but not worth the time or money.

We went for lunch a few weeks ago, it wasn't bad but it wasn't great either. The better bet is Chicago Fire

Well we went to BJ's last night and had another very good meal.

We have never had a bad meal there and we enjoy the place.

Love Toby Keith's b/c I love country music. However, getting down to biz, the food sucks. Your best bet is to go to dinner elsewhere (Chicago Fire, Chops, etc) and then go to Toby's for music, crowd, dancing, etc. To offset high bills, I plan on picking up the $100 for $75 gift certificates at Costco.

They've got some very good acts coming... Rodney Atkins next Friday night for $20. That's pretty darn good.

I love country and western music too but if I can't
get a good meal why go? So I won't until they
clean up their act.

Then they shouldn't have a restaurant component when they do it that bad.

Not sure one can call it a restaurant. Maybe an entertainment venue...but a restaurant, nahhh
