That is an excellent question!!!! We have heard from one of Roy's Boy's, neighbors, we know Roy's and his atty's oppinion, but beside calling it a fixer upper....we haven't heard from the police. I am sure that part of that is because it's an on going case....but it sounds like it's been on going for years. Maybe the police could make a "comment" through one of us. Or give us some advice. What about attempted murder? He admits to having HIV. If he has unprotected sex with OR shares needles with someone....wouldn't that be attempted murder or asault? And even if a person having sex with him is aware of his condition, suicide is illeagal right? Not that the law was written for a case like this, but maybe it's a loophole we can shove roy boy through?

Blond 74: Why does this topic interest you so much? It almost seems like you're obsessed with it. Do you live on Woodsmoke? Why so much interest...just curious?

I seem to remember stories from other areas where neighbors have filed small claims actions against the owners of "crack houses" and gotten judgements against the owners for the maximum amount allowable ($7500 I think). I am not sure what the grounds were but some research could probably turn it up. The owners had to pay or it became a lien on the property and they got some results. At least I think that is how it went. If I were a neighbor of this property I'd damn sure see if I couldn't at least make a claim in small claims court.

I live in near there and I am worried about the kids that walk by there everyday. The house has been mentioned on this site several times before the Bee Article came out.

yeah I'm kidding. I watch to much Boston Leagal. And that kid Kyle that was on yesterday sent me some private messages about the kind of things going on over there and it got me all riled up looking for loop holes. I guess I should leave that to the real attorney's out there.

I understand to an extent. Unless you live through something (a bad neighbor or something like that), it is tough for others to understand.

1) a crazy story line
2) local
3) I am at work
seriously though, this is right up there with a messed up movie. A person who had it all in an insane downward spiral, with the negative aspects spilling out into the neighboring streets. Its scary, and its close to home, who wouldnt be obsessed with this?
