Take the last train to Clarksville,
And I'll meet you at the station.
You can be be there by four thirty,
'Cause I made your reservation.
Don't be slow, oh, no, no, no!
Oh, no, no, no!
'Cause I'm leavin' in the morning
And I must see you again
We'll have one more night together
'Til the morning brings my train.
And I must go, oh, no, no, no!
Oh, no, no, no!
And I don't know if I'm ever coming home.
Take the last train to Clarksville.
I'll be waiting at the station.
We'll have time for coffee flavored kisses
And a bit of conversation.
Oh... Oh, no, no, no!
Oh, no, no, no!
Take the last train to Clarksville,
Now I must hang up the phone.
I can't hear you in this noisy
Railroad station all alone.
I'm feelin' low. Oh, no, no, no!
Oh, no, no, no!
And I don't know if I'm ever coming home.

I'm having way too much fun with this. Now for today try NOT to have these truly dreadful lyrics repeatedly run through your thoughts.
Oh Mickey you're so fine
You're so fine you blow my mind,
hey Mickey, hey Mickey
Repeat
Hey Mickey, you've been around all night
and that's a little long
You think you've got the right
but I think you've got it wrong
why can't you say goodnight so you can take me home, Mickey
Cause when you say you will it always means you won't
You're giving me the chills baby, please baby don't
Every night you still leave me all alone Mickey
Oh Mickey what a pity you don't understand
You take me by the heart when you take me by the hand
Oh Mickey your'e so pretty cant' you understand
You take me by the heart when you take me by the hand
It's guys like you Mickey
Oh what you do Mickey, do Mickey
Don't break my heart Mickey

Domo arigato, Mr. Roboto, domo...domo
Domo arigato, Mr. Roboto, domo...domo
Thank you very much, Mr. Roboto
For doing the jobs that nobody wants to
And thank you very much, Mr. Roboto
For helping me escape just when I needed to
Thank you-thank you, thank you
I want to thank you, please, thank you
The problem's plain to see: too much technology
Machines to save our lives. Machines dehumanize.
The time has come at last
To throw away this mask
So everyone can see
My true identity...
I'm Kilroy! Kilroy! Kilroy! Kilroy!

Give me all your love
Your hands build me up when Im sinking
Just touch me and my troubles all fade
Lady, from the moment I saw you
Standing all alone
You gave all the love that I needed
So shy, like a child who has grown
Youre my lady of the morning
Love shines in your eyes
Sparkling, clear, and lovely
Youre my lady
Lady, turns me on when Im lonely
Show me all your charm
Evenings when she lays down beside me
Just take me gently into your arms
Your my lady of the morning
Love shines in your eyes
Sparkling, clear, and lovely
Youre my lady
Lady of the morning
Love shines in your eyes
Sparkling, clear, and lovely
Youre my ... lady

I'm warning you, AL..................STAND DOWN!
We can dance if we want to, we can leave your friends behind
Cause your friends don't dance and if they don't dance
Well they're no friends of mine
I say, we can go where we want to, A place where they will never find
And we can act like we come from out of this world
Leave the real one far behind,
and we can dance
We can dance if we want to, we can leave your friends behind
Cause your friends don't dance and if they don't dance
Well they're are no friends of mine
I say, we can go where we want to a place where they will never find
And we can act like we come from out of this world
Leave the real one far behind
And we can dance
Français!
We can go when we want to the night is young and so am I
And we can dress real neat from our hats to our feet
and surprise 'em with the victory cry
I Say we can act if want to if we don't nobody will
And you can act real rude and totally removed
And i can act like an imbecile
I say we can dance, we can dance everything under control
We can dance, we can dance their doing it from pole to pole
We can dance, we can dance everybody look at your hands
We can dance, we can dance everybody takin' the chance
Safety dance
Oh well the safety dance
Ah yes the safety dance
We can dance if we want to, we've got all your life and mine
As long as we abuse it, never gonna lose it
Everything'll work out right
I say, we can dance if we want to we can leave your friends behind
Cause your friends don't dance and if they don't dance
Well they're are no friends of mine
I say we can dance, we can dance everything under control
We can dance, we can dance their doing it from pole to pole
We can dance, we can dance everybody look at your hands
We can dance, we can dance everybody's takin' the chance
Oh Well the safety dance
ah yes the safety dance
Oh well the safety dance
Oh well the safety dance
Oh yes the safety dance
Oh the safety dance yeah
Oh it's the safety dance
It's the safety dance
Well it's the safety dance
Oh it's the safety dance
Oh it's the safety dance
Oh it's the safety dance
Oh it's the safety dance
(I apologize to all the innocent people that may have been hit by the 80's shrapnel.....)

I actually like Walking on Sunshine and the Safety Dance, and when I was in middle school I had the 45 of Gypsies, Tramps and Thieves.
Your shots have turned out to be blanks.

Yeah? Well when I was growing up, I had a dog named Cher. Yes, after Sonny and Cher. Mom never got around to getting Sonny tho.

Break out the Culture Club! Load the torpoedoes! I want a full blast of Karma Chameleon now! Widest dispersal pattern!
No! Karma Chameleon is highly unstable and lethally catchy! Only a lobotomy will get Karma Chameleon out of your head! This is madness!
Are you disobeying a direct order... wait! What did you say?
I said this is madness!
Madness! Of course! You're a genius!

Warm smell of colitas, rising up through the air
Up ahead in the distance, I saw shimmering light
My head grew heavy and my sight grew dim
I had to stop for the night
There she stood in the doorway;
I heard the mission bell
And I was thinking to myself,
'This could be Heaven or this could be Hell'
Then she lit up a candle and she showed me the way
There were voices down the corridor,
I thought I heard them say...
Welcome to the Hotel California
Such a lovely place (Such a lovely place)
Such a lovely face
Plenty of room at the Hotel California
Any time of year (Any time of year)
You can find it here
Her mind is Tiffany-twisted, she got the Mercedes Benz
She got a lot of pretty, pretty boys she calls friends
How they dance in the courtyard, sweet summer sweat.
Some dance to remember, some dance to forget
So I called up the Captain,
'Please bring me my wine'
He said, 'We haven't had that spirit here since nineteen sixty nine'
And still those voices are calling from far away,
Wake you up in the middle of the night
Just to hear them say...
Welcome to the Hotel California
Such a lovely place (Such a lovely place)
Such a lovely face
They livin' it up at the Hotel California
What a nice surprise (what a nice surprise)
Bring your alibis
Mirrors on the ceiling,
The pink champagne on ice
And she said 'We are all just prisoners here, of our own device'
And in the master's chambers,
They gathered for the feast
They stab it with their steely knives,
But they just can't kill the beast
Last thing I remember, I was
Running for the door
I had to find the passage back
To the place I was before
'Relax,' said the night man,
'We are programmed to receive.
You can check-out any time you like,
But you can never leave!'

Thank you for that one. I could listen to or sing or have in my head, Hotel California all day long. I got stuck in Texas for a while on a job. In January 1980 I went to an Eagles concert at the Tarrant County Convention Center in Fort Worth. They led with Hotel California and it was instant homesick. Fortunately I got back to California 3 months later. That song has seemingly stuck in my head for years.

I stayed at the Hotel California in Malaga Spain with a great view of the Mediterranean, but unfortunately, I was able to check-out and leave.

Now did you really miss me
I guess you did by the look in your eyes (look in your eyes, look in your eyes)
Well lay back and relax while I put away the dishes (put away the dishes)
Then you and me can rock-a-bye
You can ring my be-e-ell, ring my bell
You can ring my be-e-ell, ring my bell
You can ring my be-e-ell, ring my bell
You can ring my be-e-ell, ring my bell
The night is young and full of possibilities
Well come on and let yourself be free
My love for you, so long than I've been savin'
Tonight was made for me and you
You can ring my be-e-ell, ring my bell
You can ring my be-e-ell, ring my bell
You can ring my be-e-ell, ring my bell
You can ring my be-e-ell, ring my bell
you can ring my bell, you can ring my bell
(ding, dong, ding, do-ong)
you can ring my bell, you can ring my bell
(ding, dong, ding, do-ong, ring it!)
you can ring my bell, anytime, anyway
(ring it, ring it, ring it, ring it oww!)
you can ring my bell, anytime, anyway
(ding, dong, ding, do-ong)
you can ring my bell, you can ring my bell
(ding, dong, ding, do-ong)
you can ring my bell, you can ring my bell
(ding, dong, ding, do-ong, ring it!)
you can ring my bell, anytime, anyway
(ring it, ring it, ring it, ring it oww!)
you can ring my bell, anytime, anyway
