The goal with the Kaiser facility was to have the workers be able to walk to Palladio for lunch; however, now the issue is that Palladio only has a few places planned where you can get a quick bite to eat as opposed to a sit down full service restaurant.

Sounds like a great business opportunity for someone.......................

I was so hoping that Folsom would have an indoor mall, one nice thing about Galleria over even Fountains.. I am still going to dread having to walk from store to store to do shopping during the hot Summer or cold wet Winter months. Yes, Spring and Fall shouldn't be bad but it's sure going to be a mess near each store entry with water being tracked in from wet shoes during winter. But all in all its going to be nice to have some kind of mall near Folsom.

Well that's a bummer for Folsom. But at least I can stop in on my weekly trips to Roseville.

I don't know that the current list is published, but the original list of hopefuls included Ruth's Chris Steakhouse, I think Crush 29, and nearly every upscale-type mall chain, such as Sur Le Table, Z Gallerie and others. I think most put the breaks on new projects for now.

Out of those that you listed, Z Gallerie is the only remaining one still planning to come to Palladio. They are in the final stages of signing their lease.

I'm guessing for this particular tenant, Westfield has good relations with (both their SF malls...SF Centre and Metreon) so that might be the reason for the change. They were actually originally planned for the Fountains where The Counter ultimately ended up.

well, that's pretty awesome! here is their menu. nice to have a new venue that isn't all jazzed up! Here's the menu, catfish and okra and all.

looking forward to seeing what kind of country music acts they bring in. that's pretty neat in itself. by the way, on the menu I see they offer the American Soldier, a free cheeseburger, fries and a beer for anyone who produces a military id.
